Donations and membership
Donations and membership contributions are voluntary offerings and are generally non-refundable once received.
Mistakes in payment
If you made a payment by mistake (for example a duplicate payment or a wrong amount), please contact us within 7 days with the transaction details. After verification, the Trust will refund the amount to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Events and seva bookings
If an event or seva is cancelled by the Trust, you may choose to have it rescheduled or your seva amount refunded.
